If you are having trouble with your mortgage, our experienced counselors will work with you to identify the causes and possible solutions to your financial issues.  Our counselors will help you communicate and negotiate with your lender or servicer and provide you with information about eligibility for any state or federal foreclosure avoidance measures. 

Deciding the best course of action can be challenging to do on your own, so we will help you make sense of it all. 

Our counselors will: 

• Review your hardship to understand your specific situation fully 
• Discuss available financial options and resources about your situation 
• Explain the foreclosure process and possible alternatives 
• Work with your servicer to facilitate a mortgage loan modification or other loan workout process to resolve the foreclosure
